Issue the invoice from the job: Toitrack generates the FatturaPA XML file and you download it, with nothing to re-type. When needed, you export the data for your accountant. Direct SdI submission is coming soon.

FatturaPA XML generation
From the issued invoice Toitrack generates the FatturaPA XML file and you download it. Before generation, a completeness check flags any missing data.
Direct SdI submission and receipts
Sending invoices to the SdI directly from the app and seeing their receipts is being prepared. It is not active yet.
Incoming invoices
Receiving your suppliers' invoices from the SdI is being prepared. It is not active yet.

CSV and JSON accounting export
Hand the data to whoever keeps your books, without re-typing it.
Neutral export
Invoices and credit notes issued in a period, with their lines, in a country-independent format: a CSV with one row per invoice line, or a JSON with nested lines.
Export for your accountant
A CSV with the documents and payments of the period, ready to hand over to your accountant with the numbers already in order.

The document Toitrack produces depends on the tenant's country.
Spain: Veri*Factu
Invoicing for Spain with Veri*Factu is being prepared. It is not available yet.
Germany
For Germany Toitrack currently produces a "Leistungsübersicht", a work summary that is not an invoice within the meaning of §14 UStG. German e-invoicing is coming soon.
France
For France Toitrack currently produces a "Récapitulatif de prestations", a summary of services that does not constitute an invoice. French e-invoicing is coming soon.
Spain, Germany and France are markets that are opening up: today the work summary (a non-fiscal document) is available; electronic invoicing for these countries and exports in local accounting formats are coming soon, with no date. Ask us for the current status.
